One of the aspects I love most about being a coach and a teacher is the opportunity to run workshops and group sessions!

I get to play, laugh, connect, explore, and discover right along with you.

I learn something new every time and it is my intention that you will too.

We have so much to share with each other, and I truly believe that together, we are not only stronger but also more creative, more lit up, and more on fire as the Wise Women of our tribe.

This retreat weekend is an opportunity to explore your own Hero’s Journey, to learn some new tools, and to spend time in the company of other Wise Women (those all-important travelling companions) in a circle of potent female eldership.

Together, we will acknowledge and celebrate your life journey and the stunning metamorphosis of stepping into and claiming your own extraordinary afternoon.
